Strategy & Business

Strategy that moves off the slide into results.

Diagnostics, new businesses, operating model and M&A led by people who also implement. For large companies, multinationals and scale-ups.

In short

What Stage's strategy consulting is

We are a strategy consulting firm that also implements. We work on diagnostics, planning, new businesses, operating model, processes, governance, growth and M&A, bridging to technology and experience when the solution calls for it.

What sets us apart is what comes after: the same team that recommends follows the implementation, measures the result and adjusts. In operational efficiency, we measure the baseline during immersion and compare it after implementation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does Stage's strategy consulting do?

Diagnostics, strategic planning, new businesses, operating model (TOM), processes, governance, growth and M&A. The difference is that the same team follows through on implementation, with technology and design when the solution calls for it.

What is the difference between Stage and a traditional consultancy?

The recommendation does not end with the report. We measure the baseline, implement with the business areas and track the KPIs. When the solution is a system, a portal or an automation, our technology team builds it.

How long does an operating model project take?

On average 20 to 24 weeks, in four phases: immersion (4 to 5 weeks), concept and validation (6 to 7), gap analysis and roadmap (4 to 5) and implementation (6 or more). Multi-country projects take longer.

Does Stage work with startups and scale-ups?

Yes. In addition to large companies, we support scale-ups with business plans, financial modeling, fundraising and structuring operations. The partners came from startups: Stage was once a venture studio, with 8 startups in its portfolio.
