In short

Consulting for education companies

Stage works with school networks, language schools, educational publishers and edtechs. We start by listening to those who live the classroom (students, teachers, coordinators and franchisees) and turn what we learn into journeys, prototypes, systems and business plans.

We have delivered to-be student and teacher journeys, portals and digital guides, ERP selection for school networks, a training app and the structuring of an AI-powered corporate learning edtech.

Education

We start in the classroom

At Pearson, the immersion began with interviews with students, teachers and coordinators, and the new journey was validated with them. Listening to teachers and students first is what makes the portal, the guide or the system get used later.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about education

What kind of educational institution does Stage serve?

School networks, language schools, educational publishers and platforms, and corporate learning edtechs. Clients include Pearson and the Wizard network.

What is a to-be journey map for students and teachers?

It is the design of how the experience should work after the changes: steps, touchpoints, owners and systems. At Pearson, we got there through interviews, mapped flows and a validation round with users.

Do you help select an education ERP?

Yes. We gather requirements with each area, compare vendors with a multi-criteria decision model and deliver the implementation roadmap. That is what we did for the Wizard network.

Does Stage develop training apps?

Yes. We developed a course app for operators in Flutter, with short social-media-style lessons and quizzes at the end of each class, for iOS and Android.

Do you help edtechs raise investment?

Yes, with NexStage Partners, our M&A and finance practice: business plan, financial modeling, M&A strategy and investor map, as we did for an AI-powered corporate learning edtech.
